Favourites Of The Month
Hey guys! I'm finally back after 1 month of hiatus. I've been really busy lately,with work, fasting month and of course, Eid. And oh! Before i forget, i would like to wish all Muslims who're reading this Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri Maaf Zahir Dan Batin. =)
I was thinking of doing favourites of the month of August post but I think I'm kinda late on that. And so, since it's still Eid, I think I'm just gonna write up a post of the favorite products that I've been using throughout this celebration. So here goes...

Urban Decay Primer Potion: I've been loving this product ever since I got the first tube last year & I've moved on to the second one now. A little goes a very long way. It prevents eyeshadows & eyeliners from creasing & smudging.I'm actually not a fan of applying eyeshadows when i go out cos i don't like to look too over-the-top and also because it somehow feels heavy on my eyes. But since it's Eid, well, let's just go for it!
NYX Nude on Nude Palette: A really great palette for both natural & smoky look. Since it's Hari Raya, I've been doing a lot of smoky looks to make my eyes look bigger in pictures. =) Colours are quite pigmented and i love how easy it is to compliment the colors with each other.
I've actually bought the glide-on pencil few months ago and i don't think it goes well for the upper lash line so i found out that it works best for the lower lash line. Besides, it doesn't smudge at all. I prefer this one more that my MAC's eye kohl cos that one smudges like crazy even after i've applied primer. (If you've noticed, I've done a swatch of the liner)
Just some products to tame my brows. =) I don't have to fill my brows (thank god!) but i just need to tame it. and since my hair is brown, usually i'll just apply that brown gel on my brows to match it with my hair colour.
Initially i had a love-hate relationship with this concealer. Maybe bcos i'm too used to using liquid concealer. But then now i'm getting the hang of it and i realize that the coverage is really good and it can somehow last me the whole day =)
Awesome awesome product for someone who has oily skin like me. It's very sheer and it's really great at mattifying your skin when it gets oily. I don't do touch-ups. Dusting this product on my T-zone will suffice. =)
They say that the bronzer is the dupe for NARS' Orgasm. Really? i dunno...cause i've never tried NARS before. But whatever it is, the shade of brown is neither too dark nor too light for my skin tone. It does a really great job at contouring my cheeks since i realized i've been getting slightly chubbier lately. lol!
As the name suggests, it's really True Red indeed. This is the only red lip product that i have, apart from my Etude House's lip stain. This, in some ways is better than that lip stain because the colour is much more intense and my lips tastes really good after applying it. =)
NYX Secret World Palette: The only reason I got this palette the other day was because of the greens. Initially i found it to be little hard to blend the colours since i have no idea which colors to use on my lids,crease and the outer corners. Thank god i found a way (mixed some greens & burgundy) and this is the look that I've created for the first day of Eid. =)
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil (Underground), Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto Mascara)

I noticed that some of the previous mascaras that I've used (especially the Maybelline unstoppable curly extension) tends to transfer to my bottom lash line and i'll look like a raccoon by the end of the day. The only thing about this mascara is that, it doesn't really volumise my lashes. Apart from that, it's awesome. =)
ELF Eyebrow Treat & Tame, ELF Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara

As the name suggests, it's really True Red indeed. This is the only red lip product that i have, apart from my Etude House's lip stain. This, in some ways is better than that lip stain because the colour is much more intense and my lips tastes really good after applying it. =)Usually if i think that the colour is too much, i'll just apply a few dots onto my lips and using my finger, i'll blend it out.
Okay, that somehow wraps up this post. I've already thought of the next post. It's gonna be a DIY product to fight pimples/acnes and it works AMAZINGLY WELL! Do watch out on that. Good day guys! =)
