store meeting last tuesday was just normal.
nothing much happened actually.
and so,it ended early. and we had dinner when we bought foods from forkandspoon and old chang kee and had them outside store.

and niza managed to get this spooky picture of me outside store while i was enjoying my favourite beverage from starbucks, iced venti 4 pumps vanilla mint tea. it's a non-coffee, decaffeinated drink and i'll have this every single day!

and it wont be complete if we dont take our pics rite? caught this in square 2 life just after we bought our food. i'm the spoiler in this pic coz my eyes are a bit off. keroh sey!! tengok hp screen nye pasal. bt everyone else look lovely is this pic.

had a shift with fizah,niza and siti N yesterday. i dont know why, bt siti was being such an irritant, in a bad way of coz. she was always finding fault with me, kept pin-pointing on me, blah3. bt that was only while on floor. bt at the backroom, she was ok. as usual, kept singing and dancing lagu dangdut and arab. ape saje je.

ohya. and there was this customer who came up to me yesterday.

he's a chinese guy,looked like a businessman.

instead of purchasing his order from the cashier, he came up to me infront of the bar and said:

customer: hi there. can i have 2 iced latte?

me: sure! so, can i get u in the grande size? or u just wanna add 50cents more for the venti size?

customer: ok,i'll get the venti then.

me: alright.

and so, i proceeded in making his drinks and then..

customer: so, what's your name?

me: huh?? oh, i'm dayang (puzzled)

customer: i see.btw, are u local?

me: urmm....ya. and can i know why? (with the curious look)

customer: no, coz u look like a foreign talent.

me: and from where will that be?

customer: cant tell.

siti N: tu nak berkenan ngan kau la tu. nak nombor agaknye. (in a very sarcastic way)

foreign talent? wth! i'm a pure singaporean ok.

i told u that siti's always finding fault with me.

whatever!

oh.

our new full timer is so gereekkkk!!! kak abby gerek ah!!

i dont know why,
but i'm enjoying work more and more now.

well,u guys might be saying that i've always been updating about work,
but hey,
i didnt do anything else except to work,man.

i do have a story to share actually that happened yesterday.
for those who're interested,
just continue reading.
for those who don't,
buzz off.

so,the story goes like this...
i just ended my break yesterday and there was a mini slam. fizah asked me for a favour to take the large shoppers bag in the backroom.
so, as usual, i'm always the spider-woman in the store that will do all the climbings and taking of stocks from the shelves.
and so, i climbed on top of the dustbin and tried to reach out for the carton of shoppersbag.
the opening of the carton was sooo small,i had to force the bags out and felt something fell on my mouth. its was damn sticky,seriously. thinking that it was a 'thing' like a small piece cardboard or paper with scotchctape attached to it. so i just swiped it off my mouth with bare hand. then the 'thing' dropped onto the shelf and i looked at it closely. it was a yellowish-brown 'thing' and then, it started to move real fast. freaking hell, it was a lizard ok. i then let out a scream and the nadiah was shouting from outside 'dayang, are u ok?'
i was so traumatized by then. and i dare not climb or take anything from the shelf since then.

so,that was yesterday's story.
i do have the second part of the story that has been continued just now.

the lizard did manage to go out of the backroom and to the glasspanels outside.
the worst thing was, there were customers sitting next to the panels. me and nadiah just kept quiet,hoping that the customers won't see the lizard so that they wont make any scenes.
anyways, just right on time, mo and yazid came to our store to get 2 cartons of milk.
and so, we seized the opportunity to ask help from them - to get rid of the lizard.
they managed to get 1/2 of the lizard's body out of the store. but not the other 1/2.
the tail gt detached from the lizard's body. not only that, it was wriggling non-stop.
niza was being seriously disgusting and took a chair and just banged it on top of the tail.
eeeewww. it was sooo flatten by then.

how can i not love this job. it's soo fun with all the fun irritating nonsensical idiotic partners. hahahaha.
just cant wait for store meeting next tuesday! =)))

so managed to celebrate it since last saturday
baba brought us for dinner.
thank you baba.
and yesterday had a feast at breeks with all the coooool peeps
and watched step up 2.
yey!

HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY TO HANIM!!!

my closest partner.

my ever-nonsensical partner.
my gossip-partner.
present on sunday when i meet u k babe. ;)

apart from work in the morning,
did visit maman at hosp.
idiotic bro drove around and around the place for 3 times,
'lost' our way.
tsk.
reason being,he was too sleepy after the 3-days trip in the cruise
nonsense.

and and and...
gt my results this morning
and guess what??
i passed!!! wohooooooo!!
all cleared subjects, which means that i do not have to repeat any modules.
yey!!
all my hard work and effort had finally paid off,
thank god.
frankly, i actually didnt think i can clear some modules
bt it turned off to be vice versa.
and my gpa was better than last sem's.
again,
thank god.

seriously i have to get a birthday present for hanim by tomorrow.
by hook or by crook,
TOMORROW.
period.
gap or lacoste?
something dark blue.
i dunno la.i've yet to decide.

so,prolly going for dinner with my family tomorrow.

i know it's been quite somtime since i've last blogged.
simply too lazy and tired i guess.
and my days were filled with work.
nothing else.

but gladly,work's been really great since shira and leha had started with their in-store trainings.
woooow.
and 4 days off for me this week!!!
except that on sunday,we'll have to attend an espresso training at temasek towers,
early morning.
making cappuccinno without using a spoon?
free-pour?
coolness.
but its gonna be the eve of my birthday.
so,yeah. =)

and i dunno why i always have cravings for macdonalds.
mac chicken meal,upsized,change the drink to iced lemon tea,with garlic chili and curry sauce and mayonoisse.

planned to go out today to get hanim a birthday present.
she's turning 18 tmr!!
oh gosh.
cant wait for my turn.
17 march.
that will be 4 days away.
ohya,back to the story....
but it's pouring now. so,i'm plain lazy to go out.
but i'll see how later.
