HAUL - PERFUME,SK-II,LANEIGE,BODYSHOP,BIRKENSTOCK, FOREVER21

This haul post was supposed to be up last week but i was just too lazy and busy throughout the whole week.

Anyways, i got all of these stuff last weekend. I intended to ONLY get the perfumes and some clothes. but i got some other things as well. Didn't manage to get alot of clothes though. Forever21's Spring collection is an ULTIMATE disappointment! I did not see anything that attracted me at all.

Calvin Klein's Euphoria Blossom. Just one word to describe it - Nasty.

and i have no idea why i got that in the first place. It is rather pricey and i totally regret getting that. I though of giving it away. If no one wants it, to the bin it will go.

My favourite favourite favourite scent of all time! LOVE this ALOT! Some of my students even complimented that i smell great. Lol!

Here are the current skincare products that I'm using.. SK-II

Facial Treatment Clear Solution - This works as a toner and i really like how my skins feels after 'applying' them. Skin feels really soft and clean. The thing that i really like is that it does not leave a sticky feeling on your face like how some toner does.

Facial Clear Solution - Moisturizer. This gel-based moisturizer is especially meant for combination/oily skin.It dries up after application and it does not leave my skin oily/greasy. It also comes with a pump and i like it because:

1) sanitary/hygiene purpose

2) i can control the amount of product I wanna use

Facial Treatment Essence - Better known as the Miracle Water. This thing over here, I dont understand why it's highly raved and they claim to make the user's face clear and blah blah blah. Sadly i don't see or notice any changes to my face after applying them and plus, i really hate the scent.

Facial Treatment Mask.

The mask is made up of 30ml of the Facial Treatment Essence. It works okay i guess. The only thing that i like is that it moisturizes and brightens up my face. That's all.

I've been meaning to change my skincare products cause the current one that I'm using is good,but it's just a little too expensive. So, I've decided to change to another brand. Some of my friends who're using Laneige said that the brand is not bad and so, i went over to the Laneige counter at Takashimaya and picked up a couple of stuff.

Pore Trouble Skin Refiner - Toner for Combination/Oily Skin and claims to prevent acne. This product comes in a huge bottle (160ml) and i think it can last me the whole year. Haha!

Personally i think the smell of Tea Tree is a tad too strong. So far I've been using this product for almost a week and there's nothing much for me to complain about it. Probably I'll have to use it religiously for another 3-4 weeks to notice the difference.

Water Bank Hydro Gel - Moisturizer. Another gel-based moisturizer for my oily skin. i LOVE the scent alot! It works almost the same as my previous moisturizer and i really like it.

I noticed that Korean brands are really generous in giving away samples and free gifts. hehe! Should start getting more Korean products now. =)) and Song Hye Gyo! You're sooo pretty! and i wish to have skin like yours!!

and i got myself a Laneige membership card! Teeeheee!

I went to Bodyshop like a month ago to get a present for my cousin and they were having a

buy 2 get 1 free deal. so i just picked up the cheapest product they have as the free one, and it's the Facial Buffer. I didn't know that this thing over here is very good! I use it everyday with my facial wash to remove all of the excess makeup on my face. and guess what? i have much lesser breakouts and bumps as compared to last time. Since i'm really happy about it, i dropped by Bodyshop and bought 2 more last week. heee.

I have no intentions of getting anything from Birkenstock when i accompanied Shira (my bestfriend). But as i was scanning through the whole shop, a pair of BRIGHT RED PATENT Madrid Birks caught my attention. i was sooo sad that the size i asked for was out of stock everywhere in Singapore and that the next stock will only come in 3 months' time!!

So, me being so itchy picked my another colour, the gold one which i thought is pretty and uncommon. BUT!! I'll definitely come back 3 months from now to get that very pair, i don't care.

A really great buy from Forever 21. A pair of flip flops for only 5 bucks! good deal right?? i might make another trip there to get another pair just because it is very comfortable and cheap!!

Basically that's it for my haul post. The next update will probably be on Favourites of the month of May or it might be another haul (hehe!)

I'M BACK FOR MORE!
Cotton On & Etude House

BOOO! I'm finally back from a 2-years hiatus! I've decided to open up my blog again, and this time round, focusing more on fashion & beauty items. so just bear with me. =)

Sooo, for tonight's post, it's gonna be a haul post. I actually went to Cotton On & Etude House this morning with no intentions of getting anything, but ended up getting quite a number of things. Hehe! that's so typical of me. and i realised i purchased those items without having any second thoughts.

Anyway, here goes..

I got these shades and geeky specs from Cotton On. I have no idea why, but i realised that these days i really enjoy getting new shades for myself. If the weather gets really bitchy, I'll always have a pair in my bag on standby. My favourite kind has always been wayfarers. That explains why i have around 4 pairs of them. Heeee.

YES! I LOVE SHOES! i love ALL of my shoes! but the reason i got that small bag is because my family's going for a picnic in a couple of weeks' time and that might just come in handy. but the caption on that bag attracted me of course!

well, i don't really apply nail polishes very often cause we're not allowed to have them on while praying. But the colours are just too attractive and i just can't seem to stop myself from getting them. and so, i got all 6 colours at one go. =)

Actually i was just intending to get the liptint (as suggested by my cousin,Fiza, thanks babe!) but Etude House is having a promotion of that product over there the Magic Bubble Peeling, that works as a makeup remover & scrub for face/hands/legs. It also claims to whiten complexion. Anyway, in that pack, it also comes with a Moistfull Mask and a Sleeping Pack Cream, which i think should be applied to your face before going to bed. I have yet to try the products, but i"ll be doing a review on that soon,after i've tried using it.

The best thing about Etude House is....their Freebies!! LOVE!! cause they gave me a pair of new bestfriends (MIRRORS!) and there's also an eye&lip makeup remover.

Since i"ve purchased so many nail polishes, i realised that my nail polish remover had long gone, and i've decided to get a new one. This item here, is really cheap and it's really good. But I don't really like the scent though. I've always preferred FaceShop's nail polish remover.

Have you ever been in a situation where you're either too lazy to wash your hair cause you think it's still clean or when you're in a rush to go out? I've been in there lots of times! So, i went to SaSa the other and picked out this item over here. It's a hair fragrance and gosh! this thing smells sooo good. I always can't stop smelling my hair when i have them sprayed on.It has a peachy scent and it totally reminds me of the Essential's shampoo. So simply spray it on towards your hair and it'll give you a fresh,clean & silky finish.

Well...did i mention that i love shoes??? I LOVE SHOES!! i picked this baby out the other day at Mondo when i was window-shopping with my mum. The heels are 11cm high (i need the height!) but despite that, they're really comfortable to walk in.

Got this storage at IKEA a week ago. I NEED to get a storage for all of my bags because apparently there's not enough space for my stuff in the room. Sooo, i think there's a reason for me to get more items now! Ehem!! lol!
