despite the fact that i'm super duper fuper guper huper juper kuper tired,
i just have the urge to blog.
i would really wanna turn in, but i have to at least let my hair dry up a little or else the pillow will be all drenched. i just finished bathing and washing my hair of course.

i am able to stay up this late is for the fact that i have no school tmr.
that is a good news. and good news number two is, my I&E project has finally completed!!
wohooo!
but not exactly really completed.we're only left with the presentation that will be held in mid july..i think.
but i'm working tmr. =(
and we'll have store meeting as well.

anyroads, was working just now,(that explains my tiredness) with the sisters,shahidah and fizah and manager,mirah.
we had uber fun talking and gossiping about things. hahaha!!
the part that i couldnt really take it was when there was this lady,a customer of course, who ordered a drink and waited for it at the counter. me and shahidah were at the bar making her drink and she blurted out some sudden questions. with a very very weird china accent and a not-so-good english.duh!

customer: are you a singapolean?(looking at me)

me: ah..ya. are you a singaporean too?

customer: no ah. i from china. i come here, work.

me:oh.ok.(took her drink and proceded to the counter to key in the transaction )

while keying in....

customer: u working oni ah? no study ah?

me: yes,i'm still a student, still schooling.

customer:oh...you how old?

me:(with a cheeky smile) you try to guess lah how old am i.

customer: u look like..u sec 1 ah?

the moment i heard that, i tried to hold my laughter real hard. and told her that i'm 18 this yr. she nodded her head, took her drink, and left the store.maybe coz she's too paisey.

then all of us on floor laughed really really loudly. even he customer in the queue laughed. hahahah!!! SEC 1??? thats like 5 years different from my real age ok. OMG!! i'm just so puzzled and wondered how come she thinks that i'm in sec 1, when many people said that i look as though i'm in my early 20s.
weird.weird.weird.

but that really made my day. not because of the age part.i just find that its sooo damn funny.

btw,had a long convo with shira and leha yesterday night.
shira,if you're reading this, i really hope that you can stay strong and dont be sad ok.
i'm just a phonecall away if you need me. =)

i just came back from store actually.
to pass leha the present that me and shira bought for her yesterday.
i guess she was shocked that i gave her a surprise visit just now.
it was well-planned by me and shira though. =)

had a really uber great fun with shira yesterday at vivo.
the best part was in the train that we talked and laughed our heads off throughout the journey back.
i really wanna do that every single day. but too bad, i just cant afford to do that now. =(
but its ok. i'm gonna spend time with her working during the 2 weeks hols. =))

ok,now i'm off for dinner with my family. minus abg. i dont know where he went. ok bye

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO LEHA!!!!


i know that i havent been updating for quite sometime.
reason being, i am just tooo busy and utterly lazy to update.
no doubt i do have lotsa things to share,
but then, i'm just completely lazy to do so.

just wanna wish a happy 18th birthday to one of my best friends,
Nur Salihah bte Khamis (leha). =))
i was counting with my fingers and i just realised that i've known her for around 12 years now!
since we were primary 1.
and i hope that our friendship will last forever and ever ever ever.

when people say that year 2 is a very stressful year,
i HAVE TO STRONGLY AGREE!
assignments are piling up.
common tests are just around the corner (i'm sooo dead)
bt thank god, 50% of it are open-book tests.
but not really a good sign also. coz they said that if it's open-book, then the difficulty of the paper will be higher too.
BLEAH!!

I&E-doing well so far. i just cant wait for it to end. well actually, i just cant wait to end all my assignments and projects. they're just killing me and making me sooo stressed out.
and i DO have a 2000-words essay to be done.
and i'm only 1/4-way through.
lucky enough that the date due will be on the 25th may,1159pm.

ohya. i lost my ezlink card yesterday in store. was soooo damn pissed. and of course, i had to go home using CASH. moreover i'm close to being broke already.
well, maybe i'm making quite a fuss about the loss, but this is really my first time losing my ezlink card.
i just feel so odd and lost without it.
but this morning, kak aty gave me a call to say that she had found my ezlink card. =)
lucky enough, i wont have to burden myself to fork out quite a sum to get a new one.

planned to have dinner with my family tomorrow.
hopefully the plan will still be carried out.

i think that my appetite has been quite weird lately.
i havent been eating as much as i used to in the past.
i even forgot to eat and have a proper meal everyday.
in short, i only have 1 meal a day.
thats pathetic,i guess..

HAPPY BELATED MOTHERS' DAY to my mama and all the mamas in the world.
I wanted to blog yesterday but the psycho blogger just cant accept my pics.

anyways, we celebrated mothers' day on the saturday night coz baba had a badminton match yesterday night.oh. he came out as champion! wohooo! way to go!
anyroads,back to the story. and so, we went for dinner at jalan kayu and we had seafood. and i was really glad that the whole family members were present. =)

After which, we decided to go to changi to look at bapok, but then, it was too early. so, the idea was changed to sentosa instead but abg said that there's nothing much in sentosa at night.
so, the last resort was to changi airport terminal 3.
something to be proud of,i should say. coz it's indeed very beautiful.

on our way out of the terminal, we saw a group of SIA stewardess smoking outside. Then i told my mum that i wanna be an air stewardess coz i love travelling, and wanna travel around the world.then my dad said no coz i'm short. =.= no comment about that though.

on our way back, we suddenly brought up the topic of blogging and everyone commented that sis' blog seems like a homepage for super junior/dbsk/ft island/ epik high and some other korean boybands and actors. which i think is really true. sorry sis, just have to agree on that. but i'm kinda ok about that coz i love super junior too. hahaha!
the part that was really hilarious was the part that baba called her ah lian. hahahahaha!! aku takleh angkat!!kelakar!!!






ohya. went out with the girls on fri and did some shopping!!! shopping sakan gilerrr. haha. i gt myself 2 pair of jeans, a skirt, a top and a pair of shoes. and had dinner at ayam bakar ojololi, our fav eating place at lucky plaza.
but the feeling of buying lotsa stuff is very satisfying. but right now, i'm eyeing on a gladiator sandals from charles and keith. gonna get it prolly by this weekend. heh.
and so, i was caught on camera by MJ for eating and watching game show with super junior in between classes.

As i've already promised myself - to make it a point to go to the gym every week. and i've done that for 2 consecutive weeks! one thing that i have to admit, it's very obvious that my stamina has gone really really bad. so i have to keep fit and get prepared for year 3's nafa test. (whatever the spelling is) oh yes! i lost 1 kg already. hahahaha!!!

worked out for almost 2 hours, and spent ample time in the changing room talking and gossiping with the girls. i'm afraid that i can't join them in the weeks to come coz I&E has started. but i'll try my very best to spent an hour or so with them every week. so these are some pics to share before and after gyming.

OMG! It's already Monday, and already the 4th week of school.
That's REALLY FAST la.

i'm soo sleepy, as always.
at times, when you wake up in the morning, u just dont feel like doing anything but to continue sleeping.
that was exactly how i felt this morning.
and i'm hungry as well.
bleah!

This morning, our tutor returned our group work and he said that my group did the best amongst the rest.
how shocking can that be?
but that's a positive sign actually. a better grade maybe? or in fact, we'll get a distiction for that?
ok,i'm crapping.

i was seriously pissed with 2 people yesterday.
dont blame me if it wasnt my fault ok!
and i was glad that the both of them knew that i was irritated with them. heh heh.

ohyeah.
i was goggling the other day and found out ways to lose eight without 'dieting'.

1) Eat Breakfast Every Day. One habit that's common to many people who have lost weight and kept it off is eating breakfast every day. "Many people think skipping breakfast is a great way to cut calories, but they usually end up eating more throughout the day. Studies show people who eat breakfast have lower BMIs than breakfast-skippers and perform better, whether at school or in the boardroom."

2) Close the Kitchen at Night. Establish a time when you will stop eating so you won't give in to the late-night munchies mindless snacking while watching television. "Have a cup of tea, suck on a piece of hard candy or enjoy a small bowl of light ice cream or frozen yogurt if you want something sweet after dinner, but then brush your teeth so you will be less likely to eat or drink anything else.

3) Choose Liquid Calories Wisely. Sweetened drinks pile on the calories, but don't reduce hunger like solid foods do. Satisfy your thirst with water, sparkling water with citrus, skim or low-fat milk, or small portions of 100% fruit juice. Try a glass of nutritious and low-calorie vegetable juice to hold you over if you get hungry between meals.

4) Eat More Produce. Eating lots of low-calorie, high-volume fruits and vegetables crowds out other foods that are higher in fat and calories. Move the meat off the center of your plate and pile on the vegetables. Or try starting lunch or dinner with a vegetable salad or bowl of broth-based soup

5) Go for the Grain. By substituting whole grains for refined grains like white bread, cakes, cookies, and pretzels, you add much-needed fiber and will fill up faster so you're more likely to eat a reasonable portion. Choose whole-wheat breads and pastas, brown rice, bran flakes, popcorn, and whole-rye crackers.

6) Have Protein at Every Meal and Snack. Adding a source of lean or low-fat protein to each meal and snack will help keep you feeling full longer so you're less likely to overeat. Try low-fat yogurt, small portion of nuts, peanut butter, eggs, beans, or lean meats. Experts also recommend eating small, frequent meals and snacks (every 3-4 hours), to keep your blood sugar levels steady and to avoid overindulging.

The reason why i bothered to search for all these things is because i've gained 5 kg over 2 weeks!
I took my weight when i went to the gym last wednesday and was god-damn shocked when i saw my weight. freaking 48kg!
well, for my height, it is acceptable but then it is a major increase for me.
but one thing for sure, i can feel that my thighs are geting bigger coz i can feel the tightness when i wear my pants. ohman. not a good sign.

and so, i'm gonna make it a point to go gym every week, to keep myself healthy and gain my stamina like it used to be back in secondary school. =)
